get chase liquid. >>> welcome back to cbs 5. boy, what a day we had today. anywhere from 63 degrees at half moon bay to the pleasant 80 degrees in sonoma. and now we fired up our radar in search of rain. a little bit of green on the screen. that's drizzle associated with the building deepening marine layer. meanwhile, we're looking at nothing going on pretty much in and around the bay area. we do have the clouds off shore. clear skies on shore. 46 overnight tonight. 54 mountview. upper 40's from vacaville through fairfield. that is a cold front that will be bringing significant rainfall for the first time this season as high pressure is beginning to relax and give way. so we're trying to get track of how much rain you can anticipate. looks like by the tail end of the morning commute, boy, over 3/10 of an inch of rain in san francisco. that's a lot of rain for this first system. expect slick roadways for the morning commute on monday and longer commute times as well. only 4/100 of an inch in san jose. by the evening hours, we'll start to see more rain move ba
